Engr. Ademar C. Pama is a highly qualified structural engineer with a distinguished academic career, professional practice, and industry leadership. They have a strong educational background, Master’s degrees in Civil and Structural Engineering, and a proven track record of success in structural design and analysis.

Engr. Ademar C. Pama is actively involved in professional organizations. He is the present Treasurer of the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP) and chairs their Disaster Mitigation Preparedness and Response Committee (DMPR). He has also served as Director on the Board of ASEP. His expertise is recognized throughout the industry, as evidenced by his numerous speaking engagements at conferences and workshops.

With a passion for sharing knowledge, Engr. Ademar C. Pama has served as a lecturer in Civil Engineering at both Ateneo De Davao University and the Technological Institute of the Philippines.
